The first step

ADDING GOODS TO THE BASKET
Go to the page STORE, select the required ammunition and press CART. After, how all the necessary goods are selected, go to BASKET and click "MAKE AN ORDER".

The second step

ORDERING
On the ordering page you need to specify all the necessary information for delivery. Your wishes to order and additional information about your pet, indicate immediately, in the section "NOTES TO THE ORDER", in any form.
Then click "CONFIRM ORDERS".

The third step

ORDER CHECK
Then your order reaches us. We check it in a few hours and contact you via WhatsApp, Viber or other available way. If necessary, we provide additional advice and finally confirm the order.

Step four

PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
Because we make equipment individually according to your parameters, payment must be made by you in full before starting work. We will send you the details for payment after the final confirmation of the order.

Warning! You will pay the cost of delivery of the order in Ukraine directly to the carrier when you receive the package. The cost of delivery outside of Ukraine, after agreement and order confirmation, will be added to the cost of the product.

Step five

PRODUCTION
All equipment from our workshop is individual tailoring for your pet. Your waiting period is affected by the number of orders and the complexity of the work. Under normal circumstances, the order execution time 1-3 days (depending on, which product you ordered).

Step six

DELIVERY
Parcels are sent across Ukraine by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta delivery service. International shipments are made by the Ukrposhta delivery service.
After sending the parcel, you will be notified of the track number, by which you can track its movement.

Step seven

RECEIPT OF A Parcel
Receive the parcel at the agreed branch of the delivery service.
